General information

ETX001 is an experimental substance used in studies and not yet available as a human pharmaceutical. It potentiates TMEM16, a CFTR chloride channel in epithelial cells. In relation to cystic fibrosis, our AIM tool found the data that ETX001 can help enhance mucus clearance independent of CFTR function.
