General information

AP2M1 is a protein naturally present in our cells. It is a substance used in experimental studies and not yet available as a human pharmaceutical.  In relation to cystic fibrosis, out AIM tool found the data that AP2M1 helps rescue the trafficking of F508del-CFTR and enhances its cell surface expression.
