GLPG2451 is an experimental substance used in studies and not yet available as a human pharmaceutical. In relation to cystic fibrosis, our AIM tool found the data that GLPG2451 can help potentiate G178R-, G551D-, S549N- and R117H-CFTR channels and also corrector-rescued F508del-CFTR.
